Using Emu Oil for Scars
You can use emu oil to reduce the appearance of scars

Emu oil is now often referred to as the "Miracle from Down Under." It is used for a variety of skin problems such as Eczema, acne and stretch marks, and is now gaining popularity as a way to reduce scars.

Most people have some form of scaring on their bodies that we would rather remove if possible. Pimples or acne affect nearly everyone at some time during their lives, and this is probably the most common cause of scars. Fortunately by using emu oil for scars, we are in most instances able to greatly reduce the appearance of the scars and in some cases, can even completely remove them.

The Omega three and the Omega six fatty acids that are found in emu oil are essential elements required to help the skin regenerate itself. And since the body cannot produce these fatty acids, applying emu oil is a great way to provide what the body needs.

Emu oil has often been called the "miracle from down under" and it doesn't matter what type of acne scars you may have, Whether they are angular scars, raised and red hyper trophic scars, tight contracture scars, or even the extensive keloid scars, using emu oil for scars will help.

Clinical research shows that lacerations that heal quickly are less likely to leave scars, and since emu oil contains great healing properties it will help the body to repair itself, and this can prevent scaring from occurring in the first place.

Lacerations can become infected and inflamed, so not only does emu oil help the skin to repair itself, it also helps reduce inflammation and can ward off harmful microbes that could otherwise grow in the wound. Emu oil also has the ability to reduce pain as well as scarring

Since emu oil is hypo allergenic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and has no known adverse reactions from its use, this makes emu oil one of the best treatments for lacerations, and it can even be used on the sensitive skin of children and the elderly.

So, if you are one of the many people who suffer from any type of scaring, whether it be from acne, lacerations, operations or any other injury, try the amazing qualities of emu oil, I would be very surprised if you do not get good results quickly.

Using Emu Oil for scars

The most important thing to do if you are going to use emu oil, is to make sure you have the highest quality pure emu oil. If you are tempted to use anything other that the pure form of the oil then you probably will not get the desired results from it's use.

Emu oil goes a long way so you only need to use one or two drops to cover an area about the size of the palm of your hand. Massage into the scars by using horizontal. vertical and circular motions. It is best to do this two or three times each day if possible and that is all you need to do. Continue using the oil for about a month and you should begin to see the results you  want.

I hope this information is helpful for you, and you get to see those scars fading.
